Liddabit Shipping & Return Policy
- Shipping & Delivery Liddabit Sweets ships Monday-Wednesday each week. All our sweets are made to order; accordingly, orders must be placed by 5pm *each* Friday to guarantee shipment the following week. Weekend shipments will be pushed to the following week's shipping window; e.g., if you order Sunday January 1st, your order will ship the week of Monday January 8th. **During the summer we only guarantee the quality of items delivered via overnight service; if you live in New York City, USPS Priority Mail does get it there the next day, but we cannot guarantee the condition in which any products shipped via Priority Mail will arrive.** Liddabit Sweets is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. After the first delivery attempt, we are not responsible if the recipient is unavailable and the package or its contents are lost, damaged, or melted after delivered. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier due to weather or mechanical difficulties.
- Backorders If you order a product that is backordered, please note that it may take between 1-2 additional weeks for processing and shipment. Please contact us with any expedited-shipping requests; we will do our best to fulfill them.
- Return Policy
- If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. You may also return your candy in its original condition and packaging for a replacement order of equal value.
