Swirl event coverage on Serious Eats

We had a blast at the Swirl event this past Wednesday — delicious desserts, delicious wine, and a fun-loving crowd diggin on it all.  We debuted the Dorie Bar for the tasting.  Named for and inspired by our friend and mentor Dorie Greenspan, it paired beautifully with the crisp sparkling Vouvray chosen by Swirl owner Anu Karwa.
