If you don’t know their beer, you’ve clearly been living under a rock.  It’s all delicious, and we use it in our Beer & Pretzel Caramels and Slurtles, amongst other seasonal goodies.

Andrew’s Local Honey
Unbelievably flavorful honey from a family-run company based in Fairfield County, CT.  We use it in our Honeycomb Candy and lollipops (and sneak it into our morning yogurt sometimes).

Martin’s Handmade Pretzels
About as old-school as it gets.  We put these salty, crunchy twists of perfection in the Beer & Pretzel Caramels and Slurtles…when we’re not eating them.

Taza Chocolate
These guys can do no wrong.  Organic, fair-trade, sustainably produced, responsibly sourced…you name it, they can claim it.  They also happen to make an incredibly complex, unique chocolate that we’re proud to use in our ganaches and caramels.  (Plus they’re super-nice.)

The Brooklyn Flea
They gave us our leg-up!  We love going to the Flea every weekend to roll out new stuff, say hi to our customers, and barter with our fellow vendors for delicious treats.  Oh, and they have awesome furniture, crafts, and clothing too.

The Greenmarket
Located throughout the city! We get our fruit, veggies, herbs and popcorn here — as well as any other seasonal goodies that happen to catch our eye.
