Eleven Days of Liddabit: Day Six, Anna

What food do you only eat during the holidays? Do you look forward to it all year, or dread it?
Pistachio Salad. I look forward to it! It’s such an eclectic Midwestern treat and I rarely have the reasoning to make it.
Did you ever make anything special with a loved one for the holidays? Can you share a recipe?
As it happens, I do! 🙂
1 can crushed pineapple
1 container cool whip
1 bag of mini marshmallows
1 packet of Pistachio Jello mix
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours, then enjoy!
What is your favorite Liddabit treat, and why?
The Chocolate Dipped Sea Salt Caramel. It’s classic and divine.
