Alright, kiddies, I know what you’re thinking: I might not go to the Flea tomorrow, cuz the weatherman says it’s supposed to be all cold and rainy, and I don’t like that.

Ok. we hear you. But, short of it suddenly sleeting tiny poisoned knives and/or piranhas with knives in their mouths when we wake up, WE WILL BE THERE (disclaimer: check in with us here for up-to-the-minute news on where exactly we will be). Seriously. All we want to do is bring you delicious candy. Is that so much to ask?

THAT being said, we have a couple new goodies this week:

PLUM PATE DE FRUIT – made from our secret stockpile of greengage plums! Unusual and delightful; probably the last legit summer fruit p.d.f. we’ll have this season. Grab it while you can.

CARAMEL APPLES – this week it’s Honeycrisp, with a new caramel recipe…a little more carnival-style (read: firmer), but made with brown rice syrup!

…ok, that’s pretty much it. But hey, we’ve been cranking out new stuff nonstop every week for you! PLUS some brand-new deliciousness for the New Amsterdam Market next Sunday, the 25th. We’re not machines, people.  All your favorites will be there too: we have a brand-new batch of Snacker bars, plus the famous King and PB&J; more Apple-Maple lollipops, Stout-Gingerbread Caramels (now made with Brooklyn Chocolate Stout!), and the famed Beer & Pretzels – along with way more.
